How is the scrambler treating you? I just ordered one for new build. Also have you tried to fit fatter tires on?

I like your build, especially the brake.

Winston Salem NC Bike Polo

so far it feels pretty good. 32 is as big as i'm going, might even drop back down to 28, but i haven't tried larger than those. thanks for the feedback.

How far do you have to move your rear wheel to get the 16t in compared to the 20? I've got some fattty fat wheels and mine are already halfway in the dropouts.

on the 20t side, it's about half way in the dropout leaving about an inch or two of space between the tire and seat tube. on the 16t side, the axle is just slightly hanging out the back by a mm or so, but the grip/axle nuts are biting enough of the dropout, so i'm not worried about it.
